Our 1:1 or Small Group Coaching service offers personalized and comprehensive support to educators on their own or in small groups. Tailored to meet their unique professional needs and challenges, we work closely with you to ensure you not only love what you do, but are confident in it as well.

Whether it is your first year in the classroom or you are a veteran teacher, coaching can be beneficial to support the continued development of our practice and ensure continued growth to meet plethora of needs in our classrooms.

What?

Coaching is individualized to you or your small groups needs. We work closely with you to identify areas of strength as well as areas of growth to develop goals. Sample areas that coaching sessions might focus on include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing guidance and resources to enhance instructional practices and student outcomes;

  • Partnering with educators to dissect and analyze curriculum documents to identify key learning objectives and essential skills to determine best practice ways to instruct;

  • Providing support in DEIJ (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice) integration, guiding educators in infusing their curriculum with diverse perspectives, voices, and experiences to create learning environments that honor and celebrate the identities of all students;

  • Collaborating a to explore accessible teaching methods that accommodate diverse learners;

  • Offering guidance on differentiation strategies to adjust content, process, product, and environment to meet the varying needs and abilities of all learners.

  • Working with teachers to help them better understand neurodivergent conditions they encounter in their classroom;

  • Coaching educators through the job search process and partnering in finding the right next professional home;

  • Developing, editing, and revising CV’s and Cover letters to ensure they showcase the educator’s skills, experiences, and achievements in a compelling and pratical way.
